On Wednesday, 21 May 2025, Heatherwood School proudly hosted its highly anticipated Futures EXPO 2025—a vibrant and inspiring event designed to connect students and families with life beyond school.

The Expo brought together over 700 attendees, including students, families, educators, service providers, and members of the wider community. With 77 registered exhibitors showcasing a diverse range of post-school pathways—such as employment services, education providers, disability support organisations, training programs, and community networks—the event offered a unique opportunity for visitors to explore what’s possible after school life.

The school campus was buzzing with energy and optimism, and even the weather came to the party! Guests travelled from across Heatherwood, local mainstream and specialist schools, and various community organisations to join us for the day.

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many exhibitors already expressing their eagerness to return for future events.
