Student Support Group Meetings
Student Support Group (SSG) Meetings for all Heatherwood School students will be held during the weeks of Monday 3rd March to Thursday 13th March 2025.

A Student Support Group is a partnership between schools, parents/carers, the student and relevant agencies. The group works together to plan and support the educational, health, social, cultural and emotional wellbeing of students with diverse learning needs.

SSG meetings with classroom teachers will run for 30 minutes (1 booking per teacher only) and spaces are limited. There will also be an opportunity to talk with Specialist teachers if you want information regarding a specialist area. Please request a Specialist teacher booking via your child's classroom teacher as the booking will be simultaneous (i.e. classroom teacher and specialist teacher in the same time slot).

If you require more time with a particular teacher (particularly if you wish to discuss matters beyond an SSG meeting) please arrange a separate meeting.

As with our previous SSG meetings, you are welcome to attend the school in person or alternatively request an online Webex meeting.

Further information regarding booking your SSG meeting will be sent directly to families soon. Please contact the school for further information.
