School Council

Heatherwood School and its school council work together as a partnership. The School council plays a key role in the school with some of its responsibilities that include:

•   Developing plans to ensure the schools future
•   Approving and monitoring the schools budget
•   Developing and monitoring The schools Code of Conduct and
•   Generally stimulating interest in the schools policies

Parents & Friends

President Stuart Weston
The Parents and Friends Group meet once per term at school. They seek to provide support, extend communication links, facilitate friendships and support School social functions.
Activities include getting together for regular morning teas, holding a “Life After Heatherwood Forum, and a School Disco.

To join the Parents and Friends Group, all that is required is an interest in Our School and a commitment to support the whole school community.
